Balasang is a newly established feminine apparel brand that uplifts Ilocano culture and what it means to be a young Ilocano woman in this generation. Alongside being a clothing line, Balasang also consists of Balasang Co., a collaborative community that works with Ilocano designers and artists to create merchandise for the online store.
The team at Soy Studio worked with Balasang Co. to create a visual identity that communicates strength and femininity while staying true to Ilocano culture and history. The project included a full branding package, shipping materials for the online company, a mobile app design, stationary for internal use and for shipping, and screen printed mockups used in a promotional photoshoot.
