CEO & Founder | He/Him
Ito is a mixed-race designer with a knack for combining math and the arts. His path to project management started with an appreciation for communication and leadership at a young age. Years of little playground business ventures led Ito to Oregon State University where he found his partners in the Graphic Design program and launched Soy Studio shortly after graduating. When he isn’t pitching ideas, Ito enjoys recipe testing, curating playlists, and hosting dinner parties for his friends.
Floralei Bugarin
Creative Director & Founder | She/Her
Floralei Bugarin is a Filipina designer with a passion for uplifting the stories of others. Well equipped with her keen eye for composition, Floralei is an award winning designer and is regarded as inspirational and noteworthy by her peers. Graphic design was a natural career path for her since she discovered her love of design in high school and excelled through a BFA in Graphic Design and Art History at Oregon State University. When she’s not designing, you can find Floralei binge watching anything from Bridgerton to Bob’s Burgers, singing karaoke, or dominating at Catan.
Teresa Aguilera
Multimedia Director & Founder | She/Her
Starting at a young age, Teresa Aguilera used art as a medium for communication. Her creative path took her to Oregon State University where she received her BFA in Graphic Design and began to dream up Soy Studio with Ito and Lei. Teresa is a jack-of-all-trades from animation to illustration and is constantly learning new, innovative programs to better bring ideas to life. Outside of work, Teresa enjoys going to experiential events, playing video games, and trying new ice cream flavors.
